Clear answers. Thoughtful guidance. Discreet, modern care.
How much does treatment cost?
Treatment costs vary based on your individual needs, goals, and personalized care plan. We begin with a complimentary initial consultation with our physician to understand your health history and determine the most appropriate approach for you. Before any treatment begins, we review all recommendations and costs in full. No surprises, no hidden fees, just clear, upfront information so you can make an informed decision about your health.
What if my labs are “normal” but I still feel terrible?
This is one of the most common experiences we see. Broad lab ranges don’t account for your unique physiology, history, or how you actually feel. Many people fall into “normal” ranges while living with fatigue, mood changes, low libido, brain fog, or weight issues.
We treat you, not a number.
If you feel off, something is off and your experience guides our evaluation.
Will hormone therapy make me gain weight?
No. Properly prescribed, well-balanced hormone therapy should not cause weight gain. In fact, many patients experience improved energy, better metabolism, and easier body composition changes when their hormones are optimized.
Weight gain typically occurs when hormone levels are not balanced not because hormones are used appropriately.
Is hormone therapy safe? What about cancer risks?
Safety is one of the first things we discuss. Much of the fear surrounding hormones comes from outdated studies and incomplete information. Today’s evidence offers a far more nuanced and reassuring picture.
We review your personal and family history carefully and choose the safest formulations, doses, and routes for your specific profile. Our goal is clarity, not fear and decisions you feel comfortable and confident making.
Do you treat both men and women?
Yes. We provide hormone, metabolic, and wellness care for both men and women. Symptoms may differ, but the goal is the same: helping you feel aligned, energized, and like yourself again.
How quickly will I start to feel better?
Most people begin noticing meaningful changes within 2–6 weeks, with deeper improvements building over 8–12 weeks. We pace your treatment carefully to ensure steady, sustainable results not dramatic swings or short-lived spikes.
What if I’ve tried hormones before and didn’t feel any different?
This is extremely common. Many patients were underdosed, placed on generic protocols, given the wrong formulations, or treated without proper follow-up.
We approach this differently: Personalized care. Real conversations. Precise adjustments based on your biology and your experience. It makes all the difference.
Do I need labs? How does that work with telehealth?
Yes. Labs help guide safe, effective treatment but we keep it simple. We coordinate everything locally so you can complete your labs at a nearby trusted partner. Results come directly to us so you never have to chase paperwork or repeat tests unnecessarily.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes we are a telehealth-first practice.
Modern hormone care should be convenient, discreet, and accessible. Our virtual model allows you to receive high-level, physician-directed care without driving across town, rearranging your schedule, or sitting in a waiting room where everyone wonders why you’re there.
All consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing support are conducted remotely with the same depth and attention you’d expect from an in-person visit. Any required labs are arranged locally, seamlessly, and privately so your care fits effortlessly into your life.
It’s convenience, privacy, and luxury, brought directly to you.
Do you prescribe testosterone for women?
Yes, when it is clinically appropriate and safely indicated.
Testosterone affects energy, libido, muscle tone, mood, and cognitive clarity. We dose it thoughtfully, monitor closely, and prioritize your comfort and goals.
Do you treat men with low testosterone or performance concerns?
Absolutely. We take men’s health seriously and evaluate the entire hormonal and metabolic picture, not just a single testosterone value. Whether it’s low libido, energy, performance, or stamina, our approach is comprehensive and discreet.
Do you accept insurance?
No, we operate as a cash-based practice by design.
Insurance companies limit visit length, restrict treatment options, and force providers into quick, superficial appointments that don’t match the level of care our patients need. By stepping outside that system, we’re able to offer:
- Longer visits
- Thorough evaluations
- Direct access to your provider
- Thoughtful, individualized treatment
- No rushed appointments or insurance interference
- A clear, transparent investment in your health
Your care is delivered privately without third-party pressure dictating what you can or can’t have.
Will I be pressured into anything?
Never.
You set the pace. Our role is to guide, educate, and support not push. We help you make decisions that feel safe, informed, and aligned with your comfort level.
How often will we meet?
Typically:
- Initial consultation
- Follow-up at 6–8 weeks
- Maintenance every 3–6 months
Between visits, you have access to support so you never feel left on your own.
I’m nervous to start. What should I expect?
It’s completely normal to feel hesitant, especially if you’ve been dismissed or confused by past experiences.
Our approach is calm, thoughtful, and grounded in clarity. You’ll understand what we’re doing and why. You’ll never be rushed. And you’ll always feel heard.
